How is usage measured?
In units we call agent hours. It is a measure of how much work Code Buddy does, not sixty minutes on a clock — a camera inspection, a jurisdiction sweep or a long session with a specialist uses more of it, and short questions barely touch it. Your account shows what is left.
What happens when I run out?
You can add more usage for $29.99, and it never expires. Offline answers on your phone keep working either way.
Do I need a card to start?
